Social Garden’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Analytics This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland („Google“). Google Analytics uses so-called „cookies“, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website.

The information generated by these cookies, for example about the time, place and frequency of your use of this website, is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. When using Google Analytics, it cannot be ruled out that the cookies set by Google Analytics can also collect other personal data in addition to the IP address. We would like to point out that Google may transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Google will use the information generated by cookies on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

You can generally prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

It cannot be ruled out that the cookies set by Google Analytics can collect other personal data in addition to the IP address. To prevent information about your use of the website from being recorded by Google Analytics and transmitted to Google Analytics, you can download and install a plugin for your browser from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

This plugin prevents information about your visit to the website from being sent to Google Analytics. Another analysis is not prevented by this plugin.

We would like to point out that you cannot use the browser plug-in described above when visiting our website via the browser of a mobile device (smartphone or tablet). When using a mobile device, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your usage data by clicking on the following link: Disable Google Analytics.

By clicking on this link, a so-called opt-out cookie is set in your browser. This prevents information about your visit to the website from being sent to Google Analytics. Please note that the opt-out cookie is only valid for this browser and only for this domain. If you delete the cookies in this browser, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted. To continue preventing Google Analytics from collecting data, you must click the link again. The use of opt-out cookies is also possible as an alternative to the above plug-in when using the browser on your computer.

In order to ensure the best possible protection of your personal data, Google Analytics was expanded to include the code „anonymizeIP“ on this website. This code causes the last 8 bits of the IP address to be deleted and your IP address is thus recorded anonymously (so-called IP masking). In principle, your IP address will be shortened by Google before transmission within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thereby made anonymous. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Google Remarketing This website uses Google Remarketing technology, which is a service provided by Google. Ads may be presented within Google’s advertising network based on content previously viewed on websites within the Google advertising network by visitors who also use the Google remarketing feature. In particular, we use Google Remarketing to target our ads to you based on your previous use of this website when you visit other websites, e.g. B. Websites in the Google content network. You can deactivate this function by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads.

The legal basis for using Google Remarketing is Art. 6, Para. 1 (f) GDPR. STABILO has a legitimate interest in such marketing measures, as they help place advertisements with increased relevance.

You have the right to object to the use of your information for such remarketing purposes at any time. To exercise this right, you can disable this feature by making the appropriate settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads or you can opt out of the use of tracking cookies at any time in the tracking cookie settings below deactivate.

If you access this website while logged into your Google account and if you have allowed Google to associate your browsing history with your Google account and use this information to personalize advertising, Google will link the data collected via Google Analytics information with your Google account details. Google will use the information collected for cross-device marketing. In particular, based on your use of this website on one device, our ads may be targeted to you when you browse on another device. The data collected by Google on this website about Google account users does not allow STABILO to draw any conclusions about the identity of Google account users. Further information on the collection and use of data by Google can be found at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Google Account users can control their advertising experience and opt out of personalized ads at any time in their Google Account settings.

Facebook Pixel This website uses the Facebook Pixel of the social network „Facebook“ (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, California 94304, USA). This serves the purpose of presenting interest-based advertisements to visitors to our website as part of their visit to the social network Facebook. A direct connection to the Facebook servers is established via the Facebook pixel when you visit our website. It is transmitted to the Facebook server that you have visited our website and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. We would like to point out that as the provider of the website, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Facebook. You can find more information about the collection and use of data by Facebook and your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy in Facebook’s data protection information at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
